The charge was reduced from first-degree murder to voluntary manslaughter. And although he remains charged as an adult, the deal calls for a blended sentence that could keep him in juvenile custody until he is 21 years old. The judge also is expected to retain jurisdiction, so he could consider releasing Neagle on probation before he turns 21 rather than sending him on to adult prison to complete his sentence.

My heart certainly goes out to Zachary and his mother, the suffering they have ALREADY had to endure. I just truly hope Zachary will get any counseling, rehabilative plans, that he might need, to help him get thru these coming years.
