If people are NOT outraged...they are NOT PAYING ATTENTION..........this sentence would be STATE SANCTIONED MURDER of this child, IT would say this child is NOT worth saving, it would say, there is NO redemption........barbaric and inhumane!!!

A psychologist who interviewed a 12-year-old Lawrence County boy accused of killing his father's pregnant fiancee said this morning that the boy is a "strikingly average" pre-teen who would be at "low risk for future violent crimes" if he were tried and found delinquent in juvenile court.

Strongly urge you to please READ closely this full article, children are NOT adults, and have NOT the capabilities, nor the mentality of an adult, tho many DO get into trouble as kids, they DO deserve a "chance", an "offer" of education & rehabilitative efforts to become "productive members of society"........ NONE of us are the same person we were, when as a "child!"

Jordan's case should/must remain in juvenile court, because he is a "child". His pic and case has been in the papers all over the world, seems the media and society has "already" convicted and sentenced Jordan, what happened to "innocent" until proven "guilty"?????? How can he possibly get a "fair and just trial??"

AT 12 YRS OLD???? "NOT".........this is so wrong, child's case has not even been to court YET!!! So this psychiatrist can "read" MINDS??? "JUSTICE IS "NOT..." THE "TAKING" OF ANOTHER LIFE!

JORDAN BROWN(11)PA......"incidentally he is innocent until proven guilty —No one's going to dispute that Brown committed a monstrous act"......AGAIN, this child is bashed, condemned in the media,this reporter states he is innocent until proven guilty, yet states no one would dispute that he committed this crime,,,,another Assumption, not facts of any evidence.......contradicting themselves in their own report.....

Case belongs in "juvenile" court, "juvenile" means anyone UNDER the age of 18, Jordan was ONLY 11. Let's all hope justice will be tempered with "compassion and mercy" for this child.

This child's picture and case has been constantly in the newspapers around the world, how can he possibly get a "fair and equal justice" trial???? Innocent UNTIL "proven" guilty!!
