Oct 05, Was arrested and tried for the murder of Pamela Vitale, wife of TV pundit and defense attorney, Daniel Horowitz. Scott was found guilty, sentenced to LIFE W/NO CHANCE OF PAROLE.Sent to San Quentin the day he turned 18, now incarcerated at Kern Valley State Prison. Appeal Pending.

Under the Ca. felony rule, Brandon was sentenced to life w/out parole, for a crime he did not commit..See case history for details. **UPDATE**
In 2009, Brandon’s sentence was reduced to 29 years to life with a chance of parole. Read forum for latest info.
